Attention Members,
We would like to take this opportunity to inform you of the current recommendations for the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Since January 2020, a novel (new) Coronavirus (COVID-19) was identified as the cause of an outbreak of pneumonia originating in Wuhan, China. The situation is rapidly evolving and Public Health Ontario, along with the Ministry of Health, is closely monitoring the outbreak, conducting surveillance and appropriate laboratory testing, and providing public health and infection control guidance.
The safety of our membership, coaches, and volunteers is of utmost priority and we encourage everyone to take the following simple actions that can help reduce exposure to the virus and protect your health
BBCC Staff & Members
Four Important Things You Must Do
If you are unwell, stay home. COVID-19 symptoms include: cough, fever, and shortness of breath.
Wash your hands... often... with soap and water for 20 seconds.
Cover your cough and sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the garbage and wash your hands.
If you have recently traveled to a high-risk location, or have been in close contact with someone who has, you must stay home for 14 days.

Please advise us if you are traveling
If you are traveling please advise your coach of your destination (March break, vacations, business travel), as we will require a participation hiatus of two weeks if you have travelled to a restricted country. As this information is changing rapidly, we ask that you keep up to date through this website:
If you have cold-like symptoms, you can help protect others by doing the following:
Stay home while sick
Avoid close contact with others
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissues when you cough or sneeze, then throw the tissues in the garbage and wash your hands
Clean and disinfect objects and surfaces
Please advise your coach if you have been in close contact with a person who is suspected or diagnosed with a coronavirus infection. We will require that you do no participate or visit the Club if this is the case. All personal and health related information will be treated as confidential.
We will be conducting enhanced cleaning of all equipment during this time and will provide disinfectant wipes for cleaning surfaces before and after use.
Let's all put together best efforts to maintain a clean and healthy environment. Any questions reach out to your coach or directly to me at the number below
